OVERVIEW

The man, understood as a psychophysical unity, consists of indissoluble union between soma (body) and psyche (mind) .The soma consists of cells, tissues and organs, be they systems and equipment, perform various vital functions . The psyche, however, is the set of human mental activity, where you can find: the intellectual sphere - cognitive; the emotional - affective; motor sphere.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

This didactic module aims to study the basic aspects of General Psychology, acquiring knowledge about the psychological dynamics, applied to sport, for optimum methodological approach to motor activity.

The course examines the main areas of study of General Psychology, to provide an overview that introduces the student to the next of sports psychology study.
