The course is divided into three parts. 1. Introduction to ethics in general and social ethics through the study of the major contemporary currents. The idea of ethical competence. 2. Social Justice and Iiequalities. 3. Corporate Social Responsibility (Expert Curriculum in Training Processes) ; the Uncertainty and the social security (Social Security Curriculum)
Knowledge: Applied ethics and ethics; The ethical relationship - deontology, contemporary social ethics;inequalities and social justice; Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR ); stakeholder theory (curriculum Expert in Educational Processes). Uncertainty, social insecurity and citizenship (Social Security Curriculum) Abilities: Context analysis ability according to ethical criteria (for all curricula); educational processes in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR); ability to analyze ethical codes, social balance sheets and other CSR "tools" (curriculum Expert in Educational Processes). Ability to analyze ethical emergencies related to uncertainty, social security, citizen's exercise (Social Security Curriculum)
Competencies: implementation and development of ethical competence as a fundamental core competency for the educator; development of the relational dimension listening and analysis of needs based; analysis and resolution of moral dilemmas emerging in the educational process and in the profession of educator ((curriculum Expert in Educational Processes).Planning of ethically sustainable interventions in the field of social security (Social Security Curriculum)
1. Lectures, at the beginning of the course, aimed at providing the conceptual tools, key words and expressions 2. Interactive lessons based on students' questions and request. it is, also, provided lessons peer to peer The lectures will be supported with the use of slides, films, testimonies that will be published in aulaweb
