Major topicsof the course are: strategy, marketing, the use of the Internet, pricing and managing staff in hotels, tour operators, cruise lines. AIMS AND CONTENT TEACHING METHODS Traditional lectures are integrated with readings from economic press and individual/group works, business cases discussion RECOMMENDED READING/BIBLIOGRAPHY If foreign students choose to study the ordinary syllabus in Italian, they can refer to the above sections in this document.
