The course aims at introducing students to the main issues of organizational design and behavior.
The course provides both traditional (50%) and open (50%) classes.
During traditional classes all the main topics and analytical schemes are covered. Open classes, however, require active participation and are devoted to critical discussion. Typically each traditional class is followed by an open class. Students prepare discussions studying materials (book chapters, other readings) and other resources (videos, movies, etc.).
Foreign students are encouraged to take part in the course. If that is not possible they are invited to discuss their specific interest with the instructors, so that appropriate English-written material can be selected for studying.
