What about organizational behaviours and how does it enter human resource management? Which are the central topic for a good people management?
The course aims to develop these questions
The course aims at introducing to the principal questions about human resource management and organizational behaviour.
The course aims to help students in understanding the topics and theri relevance in business. Students are requisted to know basics and to develop a personal capability to use knowledge in modern organizations
Personnel study with support of the instructor
Two main topics are developed: human resource management and on organizationa behavours; the specific development depends on the text book students choose, among those proposed by instructor.
The students can choose among these textbooks, after having discussed with the teacher his/her specific interests.
