AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES Course description The course aims at offering the basic concepts and methodologies that enables students to interpret the dynamics of innovation as a process, which entails both technological and market drivers. More specifically, the course is organized into three sections, describing the process of strategic management of technology as a source of competitive advantage for a firm: analysis of the technological environment and its dynamics elaboration of the strategy for technological innovation implementation, through the development and launch of new products/services.
