This course adopts a comparative approach on some of these changes, such as marriage evolution, which has been recently exposed to a strong revision, particularly focused on the question of children adoption.The course offers students the opportunity to study personal and patrimonial relationships between members of families and couples in European Union and United States of America, by analyzing legislation and case law. To attend the exam, it is mandatory to enrol (at least 48h before the session) following the Athenaeum on-line process.
