Legal history of related areas and legal terminology in the past and modern context. Particular focus on the terms used within regulatory instruments of the European Union or in their preparatory works. SYLLABUS/CONTENT EDUCATIONAL TARGET Introduction on civil law and common law legal orders. Law history of the two areas and legal terminology in both ancient and modern world; with attention to the legal terms most used by EU legislation or in their preparatory works.
