The course will focus on relevant topics of public comparative law. It is aimed at providing knowledge of legal language.
The module consists of lessons and seminars with foreign professors.
The module will focus on the following contents, applying the case-law method:
human rights;
protection of minorities;
religious accommodation;
principle of equaliy and no discrimination;
political participation; parties and pressure groups;
direct and deliberative democracy;
self-determination of peoples and the role of referendum.
Attending students: all the materials provided during the classes and loaded into aula web.

The oral exam will focus on the program of the module and it will take place at the end of the module.
In order to be considered as an attending student, the minimum attendance threshold is set at 66% of classes. Attendances will be calculated at the end of the course.
