OVERVIEW

The course will give the basic knowledge on the main paediatric pathologies in the surgical field.

It will describe the fundamental aspects of clinical pictures in connection with different clinical pathways. The course will permit the acquisition of fundamental skills to manage the major clinical issues in the surgical field

AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

To be acquainted with the main developmental acute and chronic illnesses, the main surgical pathologies and its complications.

To be acquainted with the basic elements of the principal drug classes, how to use them, the raction to them, their side effects and the toxicity ogf the different drugs and the substance abuse.
