After a synthetic excursus on the child's psychomotor and emotional development, the essential elements on Intellectual and Motor Disability, Epilepsy and Psychic Disorder are outlined for their early recognition and treatment .
The student will recognize and intervene promptly in seizures of the early years of life and in delays of cognitive and motor development. The student will have knowledge of etiology, physiopathogenesis, clinical therapy, epilepsy of the evolutionary age, intellectual disabilities and brain paralysis
- Identify behavioral and psychosocial problems, using history and clinical evaluation
- Identify Problems Related to Developmental Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Mood and Thought in the Age of Evolution
- Recognize the characteristics of frequent mental health problems in adolescence, with particular reference to Food Disorders and Conduct Disorders
