AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

At the end of the course the student is able to:

• understand the different types of individual sports;
• define the performance model of the learned sports;
• know the competition rules, the equipment, the technical aspects and teaching methodology: Athletics, Gymnastic and Judo;
• recognize the formative values and the possible methods to use in the educational and recreational way of the different exercises learned
• having the right healthy and hygienic attitude 
• understand, respect and transmit the rules that allow the physical-sport activity in maximum security
