- Provide a doctrinal and operational framework for the relationships established between people in various contexts, with particular attention to network work and interdependencies.
-To experiment with some characteristic situations of the environments intended as places in which they share and build meanings.
The course includes 12 hours of frontal and practical classes
The topics dealt with are: human resources and the question of behavior, structural changes in the environment, definition of learning and nursing assistance, educational objectives and their characteristics
Furthermore, it is considered appropriate to deepen the concept of communication, relationship and andragogy.

The exam focuses on the topics covered in class but also aims to evaluate the ability to acquire in-depth knowledge, the use of a correct terminology, the ability to expose the topics in a complete manner demonstrating the understanding of the issues and the ability to apply them in the professional practice.
