For health care professionals, it is crucial acquiring basic information on the National Health Service (SSN), organizational, economic and technical aspects with a view to the proper management of their profession. AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES Acquisition of knowledge on hospital and health care facilities and their functioning; acquiring theoretical and operational tools that guide students in human relationship, marketing, mediation in case of conflict, financial flow management, and management control. AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES Knowing the evolution of Healthcare System, from regionalization to accreditation. Providing knowledge on the organization and management of Local Health Services Prevention (ASL) services. Providing adequate knowledge of all activities that are carried out by Prevention Services staff. The role of health care assistant in prevention services. Providing methodological appraisals in order to achieve efficacy, effectiveness and cost effectiveness operating in the National Healthcare System. Knowing how to use methods and tools in the organization area and management of health services. TEACHING METHODS "Classroom" teaching and group activities to develop the subjects dealt with during the class lessons SYLLABUS/CONTENT Health Objective, National Prevention Plan and Regional Plan Prevention of Liguria; Information on the organization of the National Health Service, details of the organization of the Regional Health Services; The Department of Prevention; Organization and management of a vaccination center (facilities, environment, equipment, staff skills and training, vaccination counseling, vaccination session organization and operational procedures, monitoring and evaluation of vaccine vaccines); Screening - organization and management; Prevention of Cardiovascular Diseases (cardio-vascular risk card); Food Hygiene; Travel medicine; The role of health care assistant in prevention services. Oral examination on request by the student, in order to improve the score obtained in the written examination. Assessment of the educational projects carried out during group activities. ASSESSMENT METHODS The written format has been adopted in order to ensure that the knowledge acquired during the entire course is assessed in an objective manner. This modality is deemed to be able to correctly evaluate the achievement of both the general and specific training objectives.
