OVERVIEW

The course deals with the basic structures of the general science of formation and education of yhe human being.

Attainment of the basic notions pertaining to the general science of human education and training.

The objectives of the course are the acquisition of knowledge related to the theorical foundations and theoretical of General Pedagogy, with particular reference to the structural ideas which are profitable and essential part of the educational relationships and teaching/ instructive.

TEACHING METHODS

Lessons are conducted in the presence of the Teacher; they are predominantly frontal lessons; interventions of the students are provided at the end of each lesson. Within the course are also scheduled thematic interventions by individual students agreed with the Teacher; during the course can be scheduled group activities and are established depth seminars (every last Thursday of the month is scheduled the "General Pedagogy Seminar", already held for over ten years).

SYLLABUS/CONTENT

The general education:
- Scientific structure (research, criticism, logic, speech, language);
- The study subjects (education and training), from the historical and etymological origins;
- The categories of the thought on the human (existence and essence, nature and tradition, life and death, harmony and suffering), in the contemporary world;
- Environments (in particular, family, kindergarten and primary school);
- Professions (in particular, the theacher of the kindergarten and the teacher of primary school).

Written work and Registration / Oral

ASSESSMENT METHODS

The written exam lasts 45 minutes. This mode allows the teacher to probe the knowledge gained by the student and his critical processing capabilities of the learned content. To this end, the examination is divided into a small number of open questions.
During the vision of the written and vote recording, there is the possibility of a short oral.
In case of failure in the script, the student must repeat the written work.
