AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES Deep study of National Law, EU Law and International Law, concerning right and liberties. The analysis will also regard their historical evolution. TEACHING METHODS Classes are delivered by means of lectures and group discussion. Students are invited to contribute by presenting personally prepared topics. Students should be proficient (almost) in written English.
