AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES Learning basic life support techniques to face cardio-pulmonary emergencies with or without automated defibrillator, according with ILCOR guidelines, before the attival of advanced emergency unit. AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES The outcomes of the course are preparing personnel confident with techniques of basic life support with or without defibrillator. Students will be able to recognize signs of cardio-respiratory arrest and to activate the sequence of procedures to support life parameters (consciousness, ventilation, cardiac activity) in adhults and children, before the arrival of advanced emergency care personnel.
