In the second part of the course it will be deepened some relevant issues studied in the first part, through the analysis of case-law. Aim of the course is the comprehension of the Italian system of industrial relations, the knowledge of its particular language and the ability to solve specific problems typically faced by HR manager and consultants TEACHING METHODS The theoretical lessons are integrated by the analysis of case studies and the discussion with the students.
