AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES Some theories of justice in contemporary legal-political culture. Definitions of “justice”, principles and moral values assumed as justification criteria of social and legal order. Distributive policies Law as system of resources - and particularly rights - allocation; the relationship between law and market.
