A. Activities carried out by public Administrations through Proceedings at Law. General rules. Stages and legal measure issued at the end of Administrative Proceedings at Law. In particular, the legal measure issued at the end of a procedure set by Public Administrations: legal concept, essential and optional constituents; typology. Effect and validity of the aforesaid final measure.
