Second semester.
The exam is a written assignment, identical for attending and non-attending students, to be supported simultaneously with the exams required for the other subjects (Administrative Law and Private Law) that are included in the Integrated Course.
As an alternative to the contextual examination of the entire Integrated Course, students are offered the opportunity to take intermediate written/oral tests which, if positive, will contribute to determining the final grade of the entire Integrated Course. The three intermediate exams of the single courses will contribute to the determination of the final grade of the Integrated Course only if they are sustained in the exams of the same academic year. The dates of the aforementioned intermediate exams will be communicated later through Aulaweb.
In both alternatives, the written exam of Economics and Corporate Organization (Economia e organizzazione aziendale) consists of multiple choice and open answer questions.
The written exam aims at verifying that the student is capable to effectively explain the nature of the business and its dynamics, and to apply theoretical concepts to solve problems regarding the preservation of the economic and financial stability of the businesses.
