Within the framework of geological, geomorphological and environmental maps to be included in the Master Basin Plan, this course focuses on the fundamental notions of numerical cartography and of geodata processing. QGIS features and commands are described in order to analyze geodata and realize thematic maps.
The course is aimed at providing theoretical and practical notions necessary to deal with geodata, referring in particular to land planning and management.
