AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES The course aims to analyze and discuss some main controversial topics of Italian contract law. PREREQUISITES Students must have passed Diritto Privato I and II TEACHING METHODS Lectures and class participation. If the sanitary emergency will be persisting, I will have recourse to blended lessons SYLLABUS/CONTENT The Syllabus will be published in aula web before the starting of the class.
