AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

The Course of Constitutional Law II (progressed) aims to consolidate in the future jurist the categories of the constitutional legality and of the fundamental function of the Constitutional principles for the protection of all subjective legal situations which have been learned in all other teachings. As well as enhancing the knowledge of the form of government and of the institutions, through the study of specialist profiles and the consolidation of fundamental notions of the matter.
