Recruitment is that all kinds of documents of the past (notebook, book, picture, photography, movies, texts, sound recordings ...) and all kinds of dissemination of such documents (library, newspaper, television, telephone .. .) Have now completed convergence towards a single technological means: the computer. Even though this name is already obsolete in itself, today one technology (the computer) is present in all devices that handle information, from phone to TV, from library to network (internet), tablet (tablet) Public services.
