OVERVIEW

Beginning from the secular debate on nature and culture, the themes of the variability will be faced, of the differenziamento, of the adaptation, of the ecology and of the manifold strategies cultural masses to point in the time and in the space from the different human populations.

In the progress the fundamental contents of the anthropology will be introduced: beginning from the secular debate on nature and culture, the themes of the variability will be faced, of the differenziamento, of the adaptation, of the ecology and of the manifold strategies cultural masses to point in the time and in the space from the different human populations.

AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

The course has as principal objectives:

- To make the student able to face the thematic inherent the various aspects of the human evolution with particular reference to the acquisition of the erect posture and the process of encephalization.

- To take conscience of the narrow intervening relationship between the human one and his/her environment

SYLLABUS/CONTENT

Definition and fields of study of the anthropology.

The anthropology to the interface between the sciences of the life and the human sciences.

The concept of normality. The man and the environment.

Signs on the human evolution with particular reference to the acquisition of the erect posture and the process of encephalization.

The human variability in the time and in the space.
