The course aims at developing critical understanding of the main organizational change issues.
Independent research, group-work, seminar-style discussions.
Each edition of the course focuses specific macro-topics which may range from the digitization of manufacturing, design and cultural change, smart-work, internal communication issues, etc. Students peculiar interests, however, define the scope of a detailed analysis of several connected micro-topics.
Foreign students are encouraged to take part in the course and get involved in group-works. If that is not possible they are invited to discuss their specific interest with the instructors, so that appropriate English-written material can be selected for studying.
