Microelectronic layout basic concepts: design rules, circuit examples, Microwind layout tool; MOS transistor behavior and modeling.
Logic circuits: basic cells (inverter, logic gates) in NMOS and CMOS technology. Dynamic circuits and memories;
Final project assignment.
