The course aims to help students to analyse private companies’ behaviours and their relationship with their general and competitive environment. In particular, the course is oriented to develop problem solving capabilities. The course aims to provide the main tools to analyse private companies’ behaviours. It also aims to focus on competitive/ collaborative relationships between companies and their stakeholders (PPP – public and private partnership).
