The Course provides knowledge and skills in reading the relational and communicative processes, with particular reference to the interactions proper to the professional field (relations with users and colleagues) TEACHING METHODS The training path is divided into a theoretical part and in active exercise spaces among the participants SYLLABUS/CONTENT The following topics will be covered within the course: • the social interaction; • the development of interpersonal behavior; • the relational perspectives within the professional context; • the role and professional identity in the relationship with the patient; • the helping relationship: characteristics and objectives; • communication skills in the professional context; • group work in a professional context. ASSESSMENT METHODS The exam allows the student to verify the achievement of the expected learning outcomes. It will be evaluate the ability to present the theoretical knowledge acquired. The evaluation is based on criteria of relevance and completeness of the contents in relation to the explored topics.
