The teaching concerns the juridical regulation of public security
The teaching examines the action of the State about public security in several fields (foreign politics, internal politics, environment and health emergencies) and reflects about connected problems, in particular the adequacy of State intervention in order to protect public security together with democratic principle
Having passed almost an exam like public law, constitutional law, comparative public law
36 hours of lessons
Except different indications according to evolution of health emergency, the teaching will be held in presence
The content will be indicated during the lessons
