AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES The course aims at acquainting the student with reconstruction and critical analysis of textes written in ancient Indo-European Languages (with highlights on Greek, Latin and Vedic). AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES The student will be able to reconstruct roots, morphemes, suffixes and phrases in Proto-Indo-European. PREREQUISITES A good knowledge of Greek and Latin. The textes will be read in the original languages. TEACHING METHODS Textes are read and discussed in the class. Students are incouraged to partecipated, translate and comment them. The class will be face-to-face plus streaming transmission on TEAMS channel "Glottologia Antichisti". SYLLABUS/CONTENT Indo-European Ainigmata and Riddles.
