Theoretical and practical knowledge of the pathways to be followed in the treatment of the dental patient, including anesthesiology, general surgery and neurosurgical surgery of primary interest to odontostomatologic training.
A) Acquire the theoretical-practical basics of loco-regional anesthesia techniques and how to treat dental emergency clinical situations.
B) Acquire the basic concepts, starting with semeiotics, of the most frequent surgical pathologies, with particular regard to the possible relationship between the abovementioned diseases and those of odontostomatologic origin.
C) Provide an adequate knowledge of the pathologies induced by dental procedures, with particular reference to the diagnosis and neurosurgical treatment of cranial nerve lesions of odontostomatological relevance.
