The integrated medical science course includes several specific courses (internal medicine, pulmonology, gastroenterology, cardiology, clinical pathology, dermatology) and provides for the acquisition by the student of the CDs in dentistry and dental prosthesis of the basic notions specific to the individual courses.
The main training objective is the acquisition of the basic notions of the individual courses with particular attention to the pathologies that may cause involvement or complications of the anatomical structures of the oral cavity including the teeth, with hints on the potential involvement of organs belonging to other systems / systems. (endocarditis etc.)
Basic anatomical and pathophysiological knowledge of the individual apparatuses, systems and viscera.
