Firstly, are presented established theoretical models explaining the behavior of the variables and of the subjects of political economy. Then are proposed the implications, also of theoretical nature, wich can be derived from most recent processes of globalization. The examination focuses on the institutions of the European Union, and finally on the actions of political and economic importance which are implemented.
