The course aims to provide the fundamental notions of the private law with particular regard to the subjects, contracts and civil responsabilities in the tourist activities.
The course deals with the subjects of tourism (companies, associations), tourism contracts (with particular reference to the sale of tourist packages, skypass agreement and hotel’s agreement ), forms of protection (with particular reference to civil liability and damages).
Lessons, discussion of case studies, project works. In emergency period also with Microsoft Teams software.
Textbooks and teaching materials are provided at the beginning of the lessons.
