The Course approaches the knowledge of flora and vegetation as fundamental elements of habitat formation. It can be known, defined and mapped. The current methods in order to conserve habitats to keep them intact and to implement restoration methods are presented. Flora and vegetation are excellent tools for environmental monitoring, achievable through different techniques on a case-by-case basis.
The course has the following learning goals:

The overall grade of the 95069 course will derive from the mathematical average of the marks obtained in the various tests of the two modules. Partial grades are valid for the current academic year.
