Use effective argumentative techniques both in the defence of human rights and democratic institutions, as public servants (judges, prosecutors, legal advisors to governments and legislative bodies) and lawyers, and in scholarly debates; . Understand independently and reflectively the most significant changes that have taken place in recent years in both national and international legal systems, with particular regard to the culture of legality, human rights, constitutional democracy; Effectively practising law in a globalised and multicultural world; Publish scientific articles for publication in specialised legal and jurisprudential journals; Admission requirements The qualifications required are: . have obtained a master's degree in law from an Italian university or an equivalent degree from a European university or have obtained a university degree in Law or Legal Sciences in a course of study lasting 10 or more semesters in a Latin American university or an equivalent degree in a university of other non-European countries.
