The training activity will enable participants to acquire the skills useful for managing and solving organizational, economic and management problems and to know and use the tools for evaluating the outcomes of the choices made, also in terms of the quality of the services provided. The primary objective is, therefore, the enhancement and qualification of professionalism, on the managerial and managerial level, of health service workers who are entrusted, or may be entrusted, with responsibilities for the direction and coordination of complex structures.

The course is aimed at: managers of the health role working in health facilities in charge of complex structure management. This training is necessary to carry out these assignments according to Art.16-quinquies of Legislative Decree 229/99 and ss.mm.ii. and according to the Conference of Presidents of the Regions and Autonomous Provinces of 10/07/2003; to managers employed by the University of Genoa in charge of complex structure management in Ligurian health facilities; aspiring complex structure managers and other managers of the health role; managers with administrative, professional, technical and managers of health technical professions who hold or aspire to the position of head of Complex Structure.
