What to do to graduate

To graduate:

  1. Choose your graduation session, the dates of which are available at this page
  2. Fill out the AlmaLaurea questionnaire online at least 30 days before the graduation date.
  3. Fill out the graduation application online at least 30 days before graduation date.
  4. Return borrowed books to the library.
  5. Fill out the assessment questionnaire for your course of study.
  6. Complete the form Forms on Office 365 to request the co-rapporteur and expert commissioner, at least 60 days prior to your graduation date  (you must use your Office 365 credentials to access the form).
  7. Upload the PDF copy of the thesis to this link (no later than the day before the official date indicated in the graduation application, if the graduation session takes place over several days, the date of the first day of graduation will be decisive). The upload must be approved by your supervisor. Instructions are available at this link.

  9. Send a copy of the thesis to the co-rapporteur by the strict deadline of ten days before the date of the graduation session.

You may complete and confirm the documentation online even if some examinations have not been taken or registered, however, for admission to the degree examination, you must have obtained all the credits envisaged by the degree course's didactic regulations.

Remember:

  1. Check that you are current with your tax payments

  3. Pay the stamp duty of €16 for the issue of the degree certificate, payable via the online services - payment of fees and contributions).

  5. Check that you have taken all your exams and educational activities within the deadline of 20 days from the date of graduation. 
  6. Check that  all exams are marked on your online career.
