Learning objectives

The specific objectives of this first-level training course are:

  • promote capacities to analyse the different work group models;
  • promote skills for analysing the affective and relational dimension of the work group;
  • promote skills in the use of the group as a working tool;
  • promote skills in work group coordination;
  • promote conflict reading skills in relation to group and organisational functioning processes, at different levels (clients/users, collaborators, managers);
  • promote constructive conflict management skills;

Admission requirements

The course is reserved for a maximum number of 50 students Public Administration employees identified by the individual administrations and referred to the University by INPS.

If the maximum number of requests is exceeded, candidates will be asked to send their CVs in European format and, on the basis of these, a special committee will draw up a merit ranking of candidates. The minimum number to activate the course is 20 students.
