Learning objectives The specific objectives of this first-level training course are: promote capacities to analyse the different work group models; promote skills for analysing the affective and relational dimension of the work group; promote skills in the use of the group as a working tool; promote skills in work group coordination; promote conflict reading skills in relation to group and organisational functioning processes, at different levels (clients/users, collaborators, managers); promote constructive conflict management skills; Admission requirements Course reserved for public administration employees referred by INPS. The course is reserved for a maximum number of 50 students Public Administration employees identified by the individual administrations and referred to the University by INPS. . If the maximum number of requests is exceeded, candidates will be asked to send their CVs in European format and, on the basis of these, a special committee will draw up a merit ranking of candidates.
