The subject of this course is Italian tort law
The educational objectives of the teaching are as follows:
i) to know in depth the applicative evolution of the subject (the analysis of the doctrinal and jurisprudential contribution is fundamental)
i) to acquire an ability to critically analyze judgments
iii) to know the main doctrinal contributions to the evolution of tort law
The ultimate goal of the course is to provide the fundamentals and basic tools for moving within the highly jagged and constantly evolving subject matter that is tort law
To have passed Privato I and II
Frontal lectures.
