Teaching of PRIVATE LAW
The course addresses the main institutions of private law in relation to the specificities of sporting activity.
Teaching of ADMINISTRATIVE LAW.
In addition to some elements of public law, the course focuses on a concise discussion of administrative law, with examples of institutes in this field applied to sports and physical activities in general.
Teaching of ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS ORGANIZATION
The course examines the main topics of economics and business organization with regard to their application in the sports field
The teaching of Administrative Law allows to deepen the main aspects of administrative law applied to sports activities, especially in community and team contexts. The teaching of Private Law must allow the deepening of the main legal aspects of Personal Law, with specific correlates to individual and team motor and sporting activities. The course of Economics and Business Organization must provide the fundamental knowledge of the economic dynamics in the organization and management of the company with specific reference to sports companies.
In case of certification of specific learning disability, disability or other special educational needs, please contact both the Department contact person, Prof. Nicola Girtler, and the lecturer at the beginning of the lectures to agree on teaching and exam methods which, in compliance of the teaching objectives, take into account individual learning methods and provide suitable compensatory/dispensatory tools recognized by the University SLD Student Service.
