To gain knowledge and competence in the use of technical devices utilized in the operating theatre, including biomedical electronic devices, their maintenance and management. To know the basics of materials and tools applied in medicine. To know the basics of fluid dynamics. To know the basics of materials and tools applied in medicine, as well as basic knowledge on electronics. To know the basics of fluid dynamics, with particular attention to rheology.
Any Student with documented Specific Learning Disorders (SLD), or with any special needs, shall reach out to the Lecturer(s) and to the dedicated SLD Representative in the Department before class begins, in order to liase and arrange the specific teaching methods and ensure proper achievement of the learning aims and outcomes.
