Acquisition of the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to diagnose and treat problems related to dental and skeletal malocclusions in both growing and adult patients.
The teaching consists of professionalizing practical training with the aim of acquiring the theoretical-practical knowledge necessary for the treatment of dental and skeletal malocclusions in both growing and adult patients.
The clinical internship takes place in clinical departments with the aim of acquiring, through direct clinical experience and tutored participation, the knowledge and skills that allow us to make a diagnosis, develop an effective treatment plan and carry out correct orthodontic treatment.
Any Student with documented Specific Learning Disorders (SLD), or with any special needs, shall reach out to the Lecturer(s) and to the dedicated SLD Representative in the School/Department before class begins, in order to arrange the specific teaching methods and ensure proper achievement of the learning outcomes.
