At the end of your placement, you must check that you have completed and sent in your signature sheets for approval; you must complete one signature sheet for each month of your placement. If you have not carried out any activities in a month within the duration of your placement, you must still send the "empty" signature sheet for that month to your company mentor: simply click on the button "Send month for approval" without having filled in any days.




The signature sheets are to be sent to the company mentor for approval.
Once the signatures sheets have been confirmed by the company tutor, the placement will move to the "Assessable" status and the commission can proceed with the closure and registration in your career.
