Notice of admission Attachments Document Bando_Neuroscienze-IV_ed-2023-2024 Learning objectives To acquire specialised competences to be able to understand and address with evidence-based rehabilitation tools, the motor recovery problems of adults with impairments due to neurological pathology (also new and complex) in the acute and chronic setting, through the acquisition of: Advanced functional assessment skills for framing thefunctional impairment in its cognitive-motor aspects and in identifying areas of potential recovery. The ability to read neurophysiological, biomechanical and neuro-imaging signals. Ability to take charge of problems in the neurological field (including new and complex ones) also acting in situations where information is temporarily limited or incomplete. The ability to propose advanced therapeutic interventions able to modulate the re-learning of motor gestures with the use of neurocognitive strategies and neuromodulation interventions. With these aims, he/she is also able to make use of advanced technologies to design innovative neuro-rehabilitation interventions.. The ability toencourage an active role of the person and the caregiver in the management of chronicity and to assess the person's perception of their own state of health, in order to implement "tailor-made" educational activities over the long term. Capability ofmultidisciplinary working and care project management (case manager) thanks to advanced knowledge in the different domains of cognitive-motor behaviour in order to facilitate intra-interdisciplinary integration. Use technology to support clinical assessment, rehabilitation treatment, prevention and patient monitoring. Admission requirements Study qualifications required for admission to the course: Degree in Physiotherapy (class L-STN/02) according to the regulations in force and equivalent qualifications University diploma in Physiotherapy according to the regulations in force and equivalent qualifications Other requirements: Registration to the professional order for professionals who reside and carry out their professional activity in Italy Basic knowledge of English language B1
