Learning objectives

This master's degree aims to offer comprehensive training in all aspects of implantology, volume augmentation
bone augmentation and implant-supported prosthetics with digital and conventional technology
; and intends to provide theoretical and clinical knowledge, with live video projection viewing of surgical procedures and prosthetic procedures on patients performed by experienced clinical tutors.

Much emphasis will be placed on pre-clinical practical work, which will focus on modern approaches to dental implantology, including software and digital surgical-prosthetic planning for aesthetic treatments.

The master's programme also aims to provide a scientific methodological approach to the review and correct interpretation of scientific literature, instructing learners in the practice of evidence-based dentistry.

Admission requirements

  • Study qualifications required:.
    • Master's Degree in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics (LM-46) or Specialist Degree in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics (class 52/S) or other equivalent qualification
    • Master's Degree in Medicine and Dentistry (LM-41) or Specialist Degree in Medicine and Dentistry (46/S) or other equivalent qualification + Specialisation in Dentistry
  • Other requirements:Good knowledge of the English language
