The course aims to train professionals working in the field of linguistic-cultural mediation in public and private organisations and institutions, at national and international level:

  • Experts in intercultural communication for institutions and businesses, with high competence in the disciplines of modern languages and cultures, accompanied by pragmatic and intercultural skills necessary for mediation activities and competences for multilingual communication in the business environment;
  • Experts in multilingual communication for the blue economy, with high competence in modern languages and cultures, in-depth knowledge in the area of intercultural pragmatics, economic and political geography and maritime transport economics (including the digital skills associated with this field;
  • Linguistic expert for the promotion of tourism, with high competence in modern languages and cultures, in-depth skills in the field of intercultural pragmatics, knowledge in the fields of cultural heritage geography, tourism economics, and tourism business law;
  • Expert in languages and intercultural communication for the American continent, with high skills in the area of language-cultures of the American continent, knowledge in the areas of cultural mediation and anthropology;
  •  The degree includes the in-depth study of two languages of specialisation, chosen from Arabic, Chinese, French, English, Spanish, Russian and German.

    After graduation
