CODE 117864 ACADEMIC YEAR 2025/2026 CREDITS 12 cfu anno 1 DIGITAL HUMANITIES - INTERACTIVE SYSTEMS AND DIGITAL MEDIA 11945 (LM-92 R) - SAVONA TEACHING LOCATION SAVONA MODULES Questo insegnamento è composto da: INTERACTION DESIGN HUMAN-COMPUTER INTERACTION OVERVIEW The teaching of HCI & INTERACTION DESIGN is divided into two independent but related modules: 6 CFU Interaction Design and 6 CFU Man-Machine Interaction. Furthermore, the teaching is closely related to the Cognitive Ergonomics module by applying the theoretical aspects addressed in it at a practical design level. AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES This course consists of two modules focused on human-computer interaction and the design of interactive systems. The first module provides students with essential knowledge of interaction with digital devices, interactive applications, and the Internet of Things, emphasizing usability and the design process. Students will also develop a deep understanding of the basic concepts and principles of design, learning how to apply them to create physical and virtual interfaces based on the principles of Interaction Design, User Experience Design, and Human-Centered Design. The second module explores the practical application of these principles, offering students the opportunity to engage in exercises related to the active use of cultural content, interactive experiences for social inclusion, rehabilitation, and participatory experiences in the performing arts. The final exam will not be passed until the student has passed the exam of both modules and recorded the final average.
